PASCALE WEEKS, CONTENT CREAOR - part 1
Pascale Weeks created the food blog « C’est moi qui l’ai fait » in March 2004. I met her in one of her favorite restaurants, Faubourg Daimant, in the 10th district of Paris. She explains me how her entrepreneurial adventure was born by chance during a sabbatical. She became 750 & Marmiton’s chef editor, she pusblished cooking book.
« I was working in the computer industry for 15 years. Because of a child care problems, I took a sabbatical leave for a year. »
« The children were at school, I had the time to cook, life was good. And by chance from a search on the internet, I came across an American cooking blog, written by a French woman. I fell in love with this way of sharing. In 2004 there were sites, forums, but I didn’t know blogs. When I was on sabbatical, I had no one left to share my passion for cooking and I said to myself « I’m going to create a blog. »
