Whatever the goal of the meeting is, creating a climate of trust to better know your guest and define the interests of each is not that easy. My introductory masterclass you will teach you how to conduct a business meal from the invitation to the thanking message. In the first part I explain why and how gastronomy has always nurtured relationships and negotiations. Inherited from the diplomatic meal, I recall the origin and functions of the professional meal. In the second part I share the protocol of the invitation to thanks and the essential of good manners at the table. Beyond looking after your appearance, your body language or your conversation, your image is also played at the table!
