CAMARADERIE TO STAND OUT FROM COMPETITION
« People buy people. The human relationship is very powerful and can even transform a great friendship. You develop a mutual respect that allows to develop the understanding of your clients, the knowledge of their needs. This allows a long-term work with someone and once that balance is perfectly in place, that’s where a great business relationship begins. Sometimes you can have an instant connection with someone. Sometimes it takes months. There is no set time to create a good relationship with someone. It grows as how you can listen, understand and then use that understanding to support your client. »
DISAGREEMENT LEADS TO BETTER RESULTS
« Tony and I have known each other for a long time and we work closely together. We often disagree, but I think that’s a good thing because diversity of thinking in a problem always leads to a better outcome. Because I know that Tony respects me I like our disagreements. »
