This summer I met Guillaume Gomez, ambassador of the French gastronomy to better understand his mission and vision. He has been working for 25 years at the Palais de l’Elysee as a chef before becoming the first ambassador of gastronomy. He travels the world to talk about « those who make our food ». I met him at Cordon Bleu Paris – Hôtel de la Marine to better understand his mission and vision of French gastronomy.
